BSKB Partner and Program Chair, Robert J. Kenney stated, “This is the 20th year that BSKB has offered the U.S. Trademark Practice Seminar.” He added, “Over the past two decades, we have seen this seminar expand and have welcomed participants from all over the world. This course is a valuable experience for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of U.S. trademark law.”
Past seminars have included participants from the U.S., Asia, Europe, and South America. In addition to the academic component, the program offers foreign participants the chance to experience American culture, and our U.S. participants are afforded the opportunity to learn about the customs represented by our foreign constituents. Enrollment in this elite training program is limited and includes outings to popular Washington, D.C. landmarks, sporting, and social events.
