BSKB Conducts U.S. Trademark Bootcamp in Los Angeles
Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) will conduct a one-day U.S. Trademark Bootcamp seminar on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
The U.S. Trademark Bootcamp, conducted in partnership with the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (LAIPLA), will address all aspects of trademark practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the courts. Topics covered include: preparation of trademark applications, practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, licensing, inter partes matters including opposition and cancellation proceedings, and the enforcement of trademark rights in federal and state courts. The seminar will be conducted by Robert J. Kenney, partner at BSKB, and Susan Brady Blasco, IP Administrator for the firm. Both Mr. Kenney and Ms. Brady Blasco have extensive experience in trademark law and are highly regarded lecturers in the field.
The U.S. Trademark Bootcamp is ideal for corporate counsel, agents and trademark administrators, as well as film studio executives and advertising agency personnel, who are interested in increasing their understanding of trademark use.
