Scott Wolinsky has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1994. Mr. Wolinsky specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications related to standards-based wireless communication systems, integrated circuits, electrical components, computer/database systems, software, business methods, cable television, electro-optics and electrical circuits.
Prior to joining BSKB, Mr. Wolinsky worked as Primary Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and then as a patent agent in private practice. Prior to his time at the USPTO, Mr. Wolinsky worked for several military aircraft companies including Lockheed, Grumman and Hughes Aircraft Company where, as an electrical engineer, he developed and tested complex automated test equipment, RF and microwave components and systems and wrote associated software programs.
Mr. Wolinsky enjoys working on his own inventions and is listed as an inventor on 16 patents. He is also a licensed amateur radio operator.
