Design Patents
Design patent protection plays an important role in a company’s intellectual property portfolio, and can be extremely valuable, despite lower procurement and maintenance costs. Design patents also offer additional damages remedies not available for utility patents. BSKB excels in developing strategies to protect your designs and has a long track record of obtaining and enforcing design patent rights. In fact, BSKB has consistently ranked among the top five law firms for number of design patents obtained annually.
