On June 3, 2026, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued a Notice that the SPARK Pilot Program will accept petitions requesting expedited examination or appeal until June 3, 2027, or the date the USPTO grants a total of 200 petitions, whichever is earlier.
