DEI&A Mission Statement
BSKB is proud to promote our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) Committee. The Committee was established to identify, improve, and support our DEI&A efforts both within our firm and our community. BSKB is committed to hiring, mentoring, and promoting quality diverse talent. We believe that through a diverse workforce, we can become more innovative and competitive for our clients and employees.
One of our founding partners said it best, in that building a genuine business is best done “heart-to-heart" through cultivating meaningful relationships with each other. We are proud to carry on this legacy. Additionally, at BSKB, we strive to make our current and future clients and employees alike feel seen, heard, and respected. We welcome individuals from all walks of life, and we prioritize a safe work environment where everyone can be their best, authentic selves.
