Hyuk Jung Kwon

Hyuk J (HJ) Kwon has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property. His technical backgrounds include electrical, electronics, telecommunications, IT, and computer science. He is also interested in design patents and trademarks issues.

Prior to joining BSKB, Mr. Kwon worked for Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) for more than twenty years, where he was involved in a variety of patent, trade secret, design, and trademark issues. Mr. Kwon also worked as President and CEO of Korea Institute of Patent Information (KIPI). Additionally, he was a frequent lecturer or an adjunct professor on intellectual property for universities and other organizations. Mr. Kwon is fluent in Korean and licensed as a Korean Patent Attorney.
